Schools begin to close around Rugby as snow continues to fall

A NUMBER of school have now closed in and around Rugby today (Friday) due to bad weather.
Snow began falling in the town at around 9am, turning Rugby into a winter wonderland.
Council workers have bene busy in the town centre spreading grit and emergency services are warning everyone to be careful as the snow is set to continue throughout the weekend.
Several schools have now closed including Ashlawn, St Marie’s Catholic Primary School and Oakfield Primary.
