Woman and child rescued after car overturns in Stockton
EMERGENCY services were called to a village near Rugby after a car overturned.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and Warwickshire Fire and Rescue were called to Tomlow Road in Stockton at around 8am on Friday where a car carrying a female driver and child passenger had overturned.
A senior paramedic officer in a rapid response vehicle and two ambulance crews attended.
Both the woman and child were rescued from the vehicle by ambulance and fire crews.
They were checked over at the scene and were uninjured
The ambulance service was also called to Wolson Lane in Ryton on Dunsmore at 6.55am on Friday morning.
A man in his 30s had fallen from his motorbike. He was treated at the scene but didn’t want to go to hospital.
