Young photographers are being encouraged to enter a competition to find the best in town.
The Advertiser is once again launching the Rotary International in Britain and Ireland (RIBI) Young Photographer Competition.
The aim of the competition is to find the best young photographer in town.
Winners of each age category will win £25.
There are three age categories in the competition: junior for seven to ten-year-olds, intermediate for 11 to 13-year-olds and senior for 14 to 17- year-olds.
Entrants are asked to produce a portfolio of three photographs of ‘people’ in colour or black and white on photographic paper.
Prints should be submitted separately and each one, including a mount, should be no larger than A4.
The closing date for entries is Friday March 7.
Entries should be posted or dropped off to the Rugby Advertiser, 2 Albert Street, Rugby, CV21 2RS. Alternatively collection can be arranged.
Entries will then be judged by a panel including Advertiser chief photographer Mike Baker.
Winners will be entered into the district competition.
The winner of each age category will receive £25
