Major trial at Birmingham Crown Court involving seven men from Rugby

SEVEN men from Rugby are on trial at Birmingham Crown Court this week after police recovered a firearm and substances including crack, heroin and amphetamine in an operation last year.

John Logue, 33, is on trial for conspiracy to supply heroin, cocaine, fluroamphetamine and amphetamine, plus a number of Class C drugs.

Anton Dimarino, 26, is on trial for conspiracy to supply heroin and possession of a Section One firearm.

Luigi Anthony Licursi, 41, is on trial for conspiracy to supply cocaine, heroin and a number of Class C drugs.

Kevin Richard Rodgers, 37, is on trial for conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine.

Tara McKay, 34, is on trial for conspiracy to supply a number of Class C drugs.

Alan Bailey, 62, is on trial for conspiracy to supply fluroamphetamine.

Russell Kirby, 44, is on trial charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

They all deny the charges

Guy Payne, 29, from Rugby pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine. He is awaiting sentence

Khurum Janjua, from Rugby pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine. He is awaiting sentence

Ivan Barker, 33, from Rugby pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine. He is awaiting sentence.
