A man was assaulted when he got out of his car in Lawford Heath yesterday morning (Monday).

The attack took place in The Rylands in Lawford Heath when the driver of a white Seat Ibiza estate car pulled over to check something in the boot of the car at around 8.45am yesterday (Monday).

As the man walked to the back of his car he was approached by two white men, believed to be in their late 20s.

They were both approximately 6 feet tall and one is described as being of a more stocky build than the other.
