Firefighters from Warwickshire Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle fire at Burton Dassett Hills Country Park last weekend.

Firefighters from Warwickshire Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle fire at Burton Dassett Hills Country Park last weekend.

A crew of firefighters attended the scene at Bonfire Hill, Burton Dassett Hills Country Park around 3.48pm on Sunday February 28.

Upon arrival firefighters found a small vehicle on fire.

The crew of firefighters were on scene for about 20 minutes.

The fire service alerted officers with Warwickshire Police, who responded to the incident.

Country Park Rangers also attended the park with officers from Wellesbourne Police during Sunday. In a statement on social media they said they were 'responding to an incident and offering words of advice on Covid-19 restrictions.'

A spokesperson for Warwickshire Police said officers took no action on the incident.
