Jephson Gardens has been closed to the public by Warwick District Council after the River Leam burst its banks this morning.

The lake on the west side of the gardens has also flooded, submerging nearby footpaths and reaching park benches.

And the River Leam’s levels remain high, although the forecast for the immediate future is for the weather to stay dry.
