Warwickshire Police is appealing for the victim of an assault in Rugby to come forward.

The assault is believed to have taken place on Saturday April 18 at around 7am on Faraday Road.

Officers located a man with a minor head injury on the corner of Faraday Road and Naseby Road who claimed he had been assaulted by a group of men.

Police have been unable to trace the victim since the incident and are urging him to come forward.

He is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident 85 of Saturday 18 April.

Four men and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of assault - actual bodily harm.

The men, aged 29, 22, 20, 29 and the woman, aged 24, have been bailed until Friday May 22 pending further inquiries.
