Police arrest two more men in relation to Bulkington murder

POLICE investigating the murder of a Bulkington man have this morning (Tuesday) arrested two more men.

The two, aged 41 years and 46 years, were arrested early this morning in Derby, in a joint operation involving Warwickshire Police and Derbyshire Police.

Both have been transferred to Warwickshire where they are being questioned in connection with the murder of 38-year-old David Gower which took place in an outbuilding of a property in Rugby Road, Bulkington on Sunday, June 28.

Three men, arrested in July, have already been charged in relation to the murder. One of the men that has already been charged was arrested in Rugby.

Thirty-nine year-old Garry John Thomas Rahim, from Amstrong Avenue in Coventry and 44-year-old Colin David Potter, from Hipswell Highway in Coventry are charged with murder and 45-year-old Seymour George Young from Old Street in London, has been charged with conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm with intent. All three are remanded in custody.

A fourth man, aged 27 years, also arrested in July, remains on police bail, pending further enquiries.
