A RUGBY man has been charged with possession with intent to supply a cannabis.
Officers arrested a 41-year-old woman on May 7 this year after a warrant was carried out at a property in Matlock Close, Rugby and at a business premises located near to but not connected to Mitchell’s Potatoes on the Straight Mile near Rugby.
Eaton Richard O’Connor, 35, of Matlock Close, Rugby was also arrested a few days later on May 10 following his return from a trip abroad and following questioning he was released on police bail pending further enquiries.
He was charged on Thursday last week (October 4) with an offence of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B cannabis and has been bailed to appear at Nuneaton Magistrates Court on October 18.
The 41 year old woman arrested was issued with a caution for possession of cannabis.
