Popular Think Pink festival in Clifton will help breast cancer charities

Two breast cancer charities will benefit from a popular festival held in Clifton this summer.

Think Pink Fest takes place at the Bull Inn on Saturday, July 25 to raise money for Coppafeel and Against Breast Cancer.

It is once again being organised by Kate James, who runs Dunlop James Flowers in the village.

She said the event is in its second year and she hopes this festival will be bigger and better than the last one.

Kate said: “There will be lots of local musicians playing the event, bouncy castle, children’s play area, barbecue, cocktails and raffle.

“It’s a fun event for all the family and we hope to see lots of people there.”

The event runs from 3pm to midnight and is £5 a ticket with under 12s free.

“Last year we raised around £2,500 which is fantastic,” added Kate.

“This year hoping to increase the amount raised.”

Tickets are available from The Bull Inn or Clifton Village Stores and on the day.
