Henry Hinde Junior School pupils have been posting their Christmas cards in the school post box and instead of stamps have been donating cans of food for Rugby Foodbank
Headteacher Lianna Osborne said: “As part of our spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, the children of Henry Hinde Junior School are developing their ability to relate to others and of society as a whole.
“They are aware that, everyday, people across Rugby and the UK will struggle to feed themselves and their families. The children have adopted Rugby Foodbank as their chosen charity for the year.”
