THE dedicated staff at Brown and Cockerill estate agents in Rugby are making all the right moves.

They have relocated to plush new state-of-the-art offices in Regent Street.

Mandy Bourchier, branch manager, said: “We’re bucking the trend here at Brown and Cockerill and it’s a reflection of the work our dedicated team put in.

“We feel moving down the road to our new corner office at 12 Regent Street is now the missing piece in our jigsaw.”

The estate agent used to be a few doors down at 41 Regent Street.

“Business is good for us,” said Mandy.

“We’ve rebranded, reinvested and we’re in larger premises that has enabled us to move into other property services.”

New services will include lettings and prestige homes.

“We’ve got a new branding and we hope to build on that as well as the unique service that we already offer.”

She said efficiency, integrity and results are the core words used by the business.

“We’re in the process of recruiting a lettings team,” added Mandy.

“These are very exciting times for us and we hope to keep building on our success.”

She said the team at Brown and Cockerill have worked hard to ensure they are one of the leading estate agents in Rugby.

Mandy said: “Our aim is to thrive and difficult times have just made us more hungry.”
