A popular coffee seller is marking his fifth year of trading in the town by opening his first store in Rugby Library.

Rocco’s Love Coffee, run by Jeremy Harper, sells a variety of fresh coffees outside the Clock Towers shopping centre.

But thanks to the support of coffee lovers over the years, Jeremy has taken the decision to open a shop inside the town’s library.

Jeremy said he was excited about the new venture.

“I think a coffee shop has always been the missing element at the library, so I can’t wait to get started,” he said.

“It’s great that Rugby Borough Council has chosen to support home grown talent rather than bring in a chain. I really appreciate the fact that they are willing to support a small local business and help it develop.”

Jeremy will mainly be based at the new shop to ensure it runs as smooth as his coffee. He will announce his replacement at his coffee cart in the next few weeks.

“For me, everything comes down to quality,” Jeremy said.

“We all want good quality, good value for money and good customer service. I believe I’ve ticked those three boxes and it’s really nice to hear that reflected in feedback I get from customers.” The business was recently listed on Trip Advisor and Jeremy has received some excellent reviews.

Jeremy said: “It is heartwarming to see that people are enjoying great coffee and great service, and I can’t wait to give even more.”

Plans for the outlet are being finalised and Jeremy is keen to welcome regular and new customers to the new venue.
