DANCERS from Christine Anderson Theatre School in Rugby have set off on the trip of a lifetime.

The 27 youngsters aged four to 18 are performing at Walt Disney World in Florida this week.

After passing an audition last year the group were invited to perform a 30 minute show at the Waterside Stage in Downtown Disney on Monday. The stage is set by the lakeside, and opposite the largest Disney Store in the world.

CATS KIDZ have been busy fundraising for the past year and have raised thousands of pounds to enable the lucky dancers to take part in a workshop with Team Disney at Epcot, as well as perform their showpiece.

The will also be visiting ‘Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party’.

Sponsors provided them with T-shirts, hoodies and travel bags.
