Giant Jenga, a bouncy castle and fairground rides were among the attractions at Rugby’s first Summer Fun Day.
The event took place on Saturday in High Street, and also featured ten-pin bowling, a Punch & Judy show and a somewhat supersized Connect 4.
Town centre management company Rugby First and Rugby Borough Council organised the day, the idea for which came from the success of other festivities in Rugby.
Aftab Gaffar, Rugby First Managing Director said: “The ‘Summer Fun Days’ are all about creating a fun atmosphere in the town centre at the weekends. We saw how well it works for St George’s Day and thought we would build on that success.”
