A man from Rugby has been charged with supplying class B and C drugs.

James Andrew Morgan, 29, from Wood Street, Rugby, was charged after answering bail at Rugby Police Station today (Wednesday) and will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court, Warwickshire Justice Centre, on November 26.

The charges follow an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of James Steen, whose body was discovered at a house on Wood Street, Rugby, on Saturday 5 July 2014.

No further action is being taken against a 31 year-old man, from Northamptonshire, and a 25 year-old man from Rugby, who were arrested on suspicion of murder in July.
