A man and a woman from Rugby have been charged with two counts of robbery and will face trial next month.

Adam Graham, aged 38 of Prior Park Road and Lisa Amos, aged 33 of Prior Park Road, have also been charged with three counts of possession of a firearm and one count of possessing ammunition for a firearm without a certificate.

The pair appeared at Leamington Spa Magistrates Court today, Monday, and have been remanded in custody until their next appearance at Warwick Crown Court on Thursday, October 6.

The pair have been charged in connection with a gunpoint robbery on York Street in Rugby on August 28 and another on Brownsover Road on August 30.
