CADMAN Homes of Castle Street in Rugby is the latest local business to sign up for the Smile reward scheme.
It offers a great discount which could see you saving of up to 25 per cent of your agency fee for selling, just for having a Smile loyalty card/key ring.
The offering was conceived by Adam McHenry, head of sales at the family-owned and operated estate and lettings agency.
He said: “We are the only local, family-owned and operated estate and letting agency left in the town now and as such we strive to build the reputation and appeal of Rugby town centre.
“After all, we sell and let houses in the town – we want people to want to live here.”
“The offer includes glossy brochures, professionally printed and with our unique 3D floor plans not matter what the value of your home.”
Adam added: “I find it crazy that a lot of agents can charge up to double their normal fee for these extras just because your house is of a certain value. We want everyone in the Rugby area to get the best marketing and promotion – why should it be for the privileged few?”
He said everyone should be treated equally and get the best marketing products and services, no matter where they live, or the value of their property.
“Being part of the Smile scheme shows we are a locally owned family business, which cares about the town and re- invests a lot of time and money in other local businesses and activities,” he added.
Over the last 12 months Cadman Homes has expanded its sales team, with innovation and value for money at the forefront of everything they do.
It is the first agent to offer 3D floor plans, a 24/7 phone line and viewings seven days a week from 8 ’til late and have just launched a new ‘sale ready pack’ to help speed up the sale process.
Ideas like these saw Adam shortlisted for Innovator of the Year and Employee of the Year at this year’s Rugby Business Awards.
The company was also shortlisted for Small Business of the Year.
