Japanese drumming is the latest multicultural experience enjoyed by pupils at St Mary’s Primary School in Southam, who took part in a session with James Barrow of the Taiko West drumming group this week.

The children have been learning about the USA, Europe, India and Japan. They came together at the end of term to give a performance for parents that included recitals of Spanish, French and German nursery rhymes, Bollywood dancing and Japanese drumming.
