The opening of another Subway store in Rugby has created 13 new jobs in the town.

The store, which opened its doors to the public on Thursday last week, is located within the Junction One Retail Park.

It is the fourth Subway to open in the town with branches already in the Clock Towers Shopping Centre, Clifton Road and Central Park.

All four stores are owned and operated by local franchisee Hanif Lakha.

Mr Lakha said ‘We have enjoyed such fantastic support from the people of Rugby in our other stores, when the opportunity arose to open another store we jumped at the chance.

“Our aim is to continue to provide excellent value to our customers in terms of service, product quality and price. It’s clear that is what people want.”

The new store caters for breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner and will open from 7am until 11pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9am until 11pm on Sunday.
