CHILDREN have been kept entertained over the summer holidays thanks to a Newbold pub.
Community-minded landlord Declan Coyle, who runs The Barley Mow, has been running a holiday club every Tuesday throughout August.
He said: “We set up the club to give children somewhere to go to.
“There was always lots going on like face-painting and games. The children have really enjoyed it.”
Declan would like to thank everybody who supported the club, which finished this week.
The children pictured are Lexie, two and Tyrun, 4.
Having her face painted by Jacky Plumb is Lexi-Lee, 5.
