Talented youth perform on London stage
More than 700 young singers from Warwickshire and Coventry were part of a 1,300-strong choir performing at the Royal Albert Hall in London, thanks to the efforts of the Warwick-based Armonico Consort.
The music charity organised the gala concert on Mother’s Day, at which the singers were accompanied by tenor Russell Watson, who has won four classical Brit awards. www.armonico.org.uk
