A TEACHER from Bilton has won £100-worth of shopping vouchers courtesy of Clock Towers and Rugby First after voting in the Rugby Business Awards.

Patrick Higgins, who teaches at Trinity School in Leamington, won £50 to spend in the Clock Towers Shopping Centre and £50-worth of town centre vouchers from Rugby First, which manages the town centre. Clock Towers and Rugby First both sponsor the Retailer of the Year Award, the winner of which will be announced at the Rugby Business Awards on Friday June 10 at Dunchurch Park Hotel. This year’s special guests are Frank Bruno and after-dinner speaker and comedian Ian Richards.

Mr Higgins said he was delighted with the vouchers.

“I read the Advertiser every week and often enter the competitions but this is the first time I’ve won anything. I’ve not spent the vouchers yet but might spend them on a new phone.”

The six finalists for the Retailer of the Year Award have all now been chosen and mystery shopped by judges.
