Thieves target four Rugby homes

Thieves targeted four Rugby homes and attempted to steal goods and cause damage.

On Monday offenders smashed a rear window at a home in Fornside Close, Brownsover, and then entered the house. Once inside, they stole various power tools before making off. It happened between 2.30am and midday.

During the night of December 13 into 14, offenders attempted to get into a home in Rupert Brooke Road, Rugby, and caused damage to the front door, including pulling off the letterbox.

The offenders also damaged a vehicle parked outside and appear to have poured water through the letterbox of the house.

Between 6pm on December 12 and 2am on the 13, thieves forced open a window at home in Montague Road, Rugby, and then entered the house. Once inside, the offenders carried out an untidy search before making off with many items.
