A family fun day at the Green Man in Dunchurch helped break Tracie Mills’s ongoing £10,000 fundraising target for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Tracie, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, took part in Rugby’s Race for Life on Sunday before going on to the fun day at the pub.
Via her Facebook page Tracie said: “There are no words to express the thanks to each and everyone of you today, not only did I hit my target of 10k, I smashed it - £10,610!
“Today was one of the most emotional days since diagnosis in January, the tears have flowed. I am surrounded by friends who leave me speechless and by all standards that is hard.”
