A MAN has been taken to hospital after the van he was driving flipped over and landed in a field.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to a field off the B4434 Straight Mile at Bourton on Dunsmore at 9.05am yesterday (Tuesday).
An incident support officer in a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance crew attended.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Crews arrived to find a white van on its side in the field. Its driver, a man in his forties had neck and rib pain.
“He was immobilised with the use of a spinal board and neck collar and was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further assessment and treatment.”
