WATCH: Tricks, treats and terribly good fun in Rugby

Hundreds of fright fans joined in the fun at the ‘Happy Halloween’ event in the town centre on Saturday.

There were plenty of free treats on offer - and one or two tricks - including a bouncy wizard castle, gruesome face painting, ghoulish cake decorating, a Punch and Judy ghost show, a circus workshop, giant games, witches’ cauldron and a fancy dress competition.

Aftab Gaffar, managing director of organiser Rugby First, said: “I am really pleased with how the event went and by the number of people it attracted.

“This is the last of the free family fun days for the year and I am delighted with how attendances for this series of events have continued to build and grow.”
