A RUGBY estate agent has launched a new auction department to complement its existing successful residential sales and lettings operations.
Brown and Cockerill has teamed up with experienced auctioneers The Auction Agents.
They have already provided professional high quality auction services to independent estate agents across the region and as far afield as North Wales and Cornwall.
Brown and Cockerill Auctions differ from the usual auction service by offering a modern Auction+ service.
Auction+ is a tried and tested way of buying and selling good quality property in the current challenging market.
Auction+ sells all types of properties, from terraced houses to flats to family homes, within fixed timescales that satisfy the needs of both buyers and sellers and for a fair price in the current market.
Auction+ suits the current housing market conditions by allowing buyers time to raise mortgage finance after the auction.
A sale by Auction+ is accessible to owner-occupier purchasers as well as the usual auction cash buyer, which has the effect of opening the auction process up to all motivated buyers and sellers.
Managing director Carl Watts said: “Auction+ is a way of buying and selling property that suits the needs of people not just the type of property.
“Auction+ allows us to stimulate the market and make sure the properties we are instructed to market receive the maximum level of exposure to properly motivated buyers.”
He said Brown and Cockerill Auctions will also offer a standard auction service. Carl added: “Our own staff will work alongside our colleagues in the Auction Agents to advise clients as to which method of sale will best suit their needs.”
The auctions will be held at accessible high profile venues where properties being offered for sale by other professional independent estate agents from across the region will also be being sold, which further adds to the marketing exposure all properties receive.
The high standard of customer care and professionalism that clients have come to expect from Brown and Cockerill will be extended through to the new auction department. Call (01788) 551111 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
