Have your say

Former rugby star turned top TV pundit Brian Moore is coming to Rugby next week – and you could find yourself sharing a table with him for an evening if you enter our competition.

Catthorpe Manor hosts an evening with the ex-England hooker and on Friday May 2. Guests will enjoy a two-course meal followed by an after-dinner talk from the combative and colourful former player, nicknamed ‘Pitbull’. Brian is now a broadcaster and is as fierce in his reporting about the game he loves, for the BBC and national press, as he was when he was playing. The former solicitor is brutally honest about his views and has plenty to say about the changes which have occurred with professional status and the evolving rules which don’t necessarily sit well with his legal mind.

The bar will be open from 7pm for dinner at 8pm. The floor will then be given over to Brian Moore, who has 64 England caps. Tickets are £28.00 per person and available from Catthorpe Manor office on (01788) 860599 or Rugby Visitor Centre on (01788) 533217.

To be in with a chance of winning a place on Brian’s table, please answer the following question: How many times was Brian Moore capped for England? Please email your answer, together with your name, address and phone number, to editorial@rugbyadvertiser.co.uk by 5pm on Monday April 28.
