Window smashed at Heart of England Co-op in Crick during ram-raid

A VILLAGE shop was targeted by thieves during the early hours of this morning (Thursday).

The Heart of England Co-op in High Street, Crick was hit by a car at around 4.30am.

Police believe it was a red VW Golf that was involved in the ram-raid at the shop.

Although the windows were smashed, it is believed that nothing was stolen.

The car drove off towards the direction of West Haddon.

Police cordoned off the shop this morning while the window was fixed.
