Witness appeal after teenage cyclist seriously injured in Rugby crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage cyclist was seriously injured after a collision with a car.

The incident happened on High Street in Hillmorton, Rugby, on Tuesday, November 10.

The collision occurred at approximately 4.30pm and involved a cyclist and a black Hyundai car.

The cyclist, a boy in his teens, was taken to University Hospital Coventry with serious injuries.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have seen the car or the cyclist beforehand to contact police quoting incident number 228 of November 10.
