A woman is appearing before magistrates today to answer charges in relation to a robbery at the Co-operative store in Wolston earlier this week.

Emma Louise Shilcock, 30, of no fixed abode, was charged with robbery, common assault, possession of an offensive weapon (hammer) during the robbery, possession of a bladed or sharply pointed article (knife) during the robbery, handling stolen goods, two charges of shoplifting from two stores in Bedworth last year, and failing to appear at Leamington magistrates court in July last year.

A second person has been arrested in connection with the Wolston robbery, which happened on Wednesday February 18, and is currently in custody where he will be questioned by officers.
