THE fourth annual Joe Spooner Darts Tournament on February 14 will boost the funds raised in his name to well over £17,000.
Sports mad Joe, died of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) in July 2005. Since then his family have supported SADS UK and have bought seven defibrillators for venues in Rugby.
The darts competition at Rugby Workers Club in Oliver Street is open to men and women, starting at 12.15pm. Entry is £3 per person.
There will be a raffle, and silent auction, where lots include signed Coventry City and Leicester Tigers shirts.
