All the players gained match experience and all were presented with a medal.

Saturday afternoon welcomed 24 Under 7 teams and once again the Rugby Town Juniors, who have had a tremendous season, led the way with some very powerful play.

Rugby Town Pumas also had a good afternoon. However, the festival is all about the development of the player and a team from Hillmorton also had a decent run out.

Over 2,000 people visited the site at the weekend and all went away with a great experience of football.

The club would like to thank the Strachan Football Foundation for providing the officials for the games and the volunteers who made the weekend run smoothly.

This weekend will see the Under 9s and 10s compete on Saturday (28th) with the Under 11s doing battle on Sunday (29th).

On Saturday June 4, starting at 10am the second adults AEI Cup will take place and is even bigger this year, with 24 teams competing.

The draw for the four groups of six will be done live via the Rugby Town JFC Facebook page tomorrow (Friday)at 2pm.
