Rugby Town lost 3-0 at mid-table Belper on Saturday. Although the hosts had enjoyed the better chances in the first half, Valley had held them to 0-0 at half time. But three second-half goals ended in a deserved win for Belper and added to Town’s relegation woes, which sees them just one place above bottom of the NPL Division One South table.

Rugby have ten games to play, including league leaders Shaw Lane, who visit Butlin Road on Saturday (March 4th).
