Valley could only share the points with Tividale on Saturday

Rugby Town only managed to draw 1-1 with relegation-threatened Tividale at Butlin Road on Saturday.

Rugby went ahead in the 24th minute through David Kolodynski and looked comfortable.

But after their visitors were reduced to ten men in the 37th minute and equalised just after half time, Rugby just couldn’t make the breakthrough they needed, despite numerous chances.

Valley stay 12th in NPL South, with Tividale ten points adrift of the pack at the bottom of the table. Tividale have only won twice this season, with one of those also being against Rugby in August.
