Hillmorton six-a-side on Saturday was a massive success with a large turn out to support all the teams.
U10s: Considering the mixture of weather, all teams and supporters were in good spirit. The tournament was split into two groups of four.
Group A: Real Hillmorton, Lutterworth, Eastlands B, Admirals A.
Group B: Hillmorton Barca, Eastlands A, Admirals B, Long Buckby.
A high standard was set by all teams in both groups, with Eastlands B winning Group A and Admirals A runners-up. Hillmorton Barca won Group B and Long Buckby were runners-up.
Semi Finals: Hillmorton Barca beat Admirals A 2-0 and Eastlands B won a close game with Long Buckby 1-0. Hillmorton were victorious with a 2-0 victory.
Final: A fantastic end-to-end final between two good sides that have mutual respect for each other. Hillmorton Barca won 2-0 over Eastlands B with goals from Jake Vousden and Toby Swinburn.

U11s: There was some glorious weather for the U11s tournament on Sunday and the teams were set for another good day of football.
As the U11s had a team pull out last minute, Hillmorton Barca from the U10s section stepped in to fill the gap.
The teams competed in one group of five: AC Hillmorton, Inter Hillmorton, Rugby Town, Bilton Ajax, Hillmorto Barca U10s.
Again the games were played at a fast pace, lasting ten minutes. All the teams set a high standard with the top four teams going into the semis.
Inter Hillmorton set the pace and topped the group, closely followed by Hillmorton Barca, 3rd Rugby Town and 4th Bilton Ajax.
Semi-finals: Bilton Ajax beat Inter Hillmorton 1-0, with a superb display from the Ajax keeper, who made a least four superb saves.
With Hillmorton Barca U10s playing each game as they came, and maintaining the pace and speed of the U11s teams, their hearts were set on the final! Playing out of their skin against Rugby Town, Barca piled on the pressure and scored through Ewan Fuller, after some superb team movements. Jake Vousden wrapped it up with an absolute wonder strike.
U11s final: Hillmorton Barca U10s v Bilton Ajax
Having already beaten Ajax in the group stage 2-0, this U10s team started to believe they could lift the cup. Again the game was fast and even. A Jake Vousden penalty sent Hillmorton U10s into a frenzy, with all Hillmorton teams on the sideline cheering them on. Manager David Taylor was reduced to tears at the teams sheer dedication, passion and drive each player had over both days.
Man of the Tournment: Ewan Fuller, outstanding at the back.
