CYCLISTS are invited to support a charity bike ride on Sunday and help raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Martin Hackley, who is organising the Two Counties Challenge Ride, said: “We have had great interest in the event, with over 150 people entered from across the country. But, we can accommodate 500 cyclists so we will be taking registrations on the day.”

The Two Counties Challenge Ride offers circular routes of 16k, 60k and 100k starting in Dunchurch between 9am and 10pm. There is also a 100k ride starting in Towcester.

“The routes are on quiet country lanes in Warwickshire and Northamptonshire so we think there is something on offer for everyone. Under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult,” added Martin.

Registration is £12 and all riders are given a route map, a goody bag and a certificate. The routes are well signposted.
