Two goals in each half against Coventry

On what turned out to be a hellish weather day, Rugby kept their composure and scored two goals in each half and kept a good clean sheet.
In the first five minutes superb leading from the front five and strong ball pace allowed Rugby to create chances and get behind the Coventry defence.
Chris Graham opened the scoring with some top passing inside the D allowing for a tap in. Then Liam Brown rounded the keeper after being played in by Szymon Osycjyck with a reverse stick finish.
In the second half there was a 10-minute delay as the pitch turned white with hail. As the teams came back out it was tough going as hands began to get warmer.
A reverse stick shot by Luke Hurle was neatly deflected by Tom Morgan for the third, and then Chris Graham struck with an excellent break that overloaded the Coventry defence.
More of these performances will put Rugby back where they should in the top half of the league.
