Lions determined to bounce back from first league defeat

Rugby Lions are at home tomorrow at Webb Ellis Road, hosting Old Coventrians in Midlands 3 West (South). They will be keen to forget last week’s poor performance at Ledbury and get their promotion campaign back on track with a win.

Rugby St Andrews are also at home, at John Tomalin Way off Ashlawn Road. They face Old Newtonians in a Midlands 3 East (South) fixture. Saints also lost last week, away at Northampton Casuals.

The town’s two Midlands 1 East sides are both on their travels. Old Laurentians, looking for their first win of the season, will be at Ilkeston and Newbold have a trip to Market Rasen & Louth.

Rugby Welsh travel to Aylestone Athletic for a friendly fixture.
