Brownsover community day promises fun for all

The Brownsover Community Association is inviting people to join them for a day of summer celebration at the Hollowell Way play area.

An assortment of family-friendly activities have been organised, with bouncy castles and face painting for the little ones.

Live music acts have also been lined up to appear on the day, with plenty of food, drink and other stalls on offer.

Cllr Kieren Brown, who represents Newbold and Brownsover ward, said: “This will be a great opportunity for the people of Brownsover to come together as part of our community day.

“There will be lots of fun activities for all ages so I encourage everyone to get involved!”

The event will be held tomorrow, Friday, from 1pm to 5pm.
