Here’s what’s going on tomorrow (Saturday July 12) as part of Rugby Festival of Culture...

* Pop performers and singer-songwriters from Rugby and the surrounding area - Festival Stage, St Andrew’s church, 11.30am to 2pm (approx), admission free

* Strawhouse Singers Summer Spectacular, featuring Ruby’s very own Youth Vocal Group with a guest appearance from Hollie Aires - St Andrew’s church, 7.30pm to 10pm, tickets £8 in advance or £10 on the door, available from Rugby Visitor Centre

* Hog roast with music from Rugby rock band Stonefire - The Alexandra Arms, 12 noon onwards (band playing from 9pm), admission free, audience 18+

* Bilton Silver Training Band, a group of over 40 young musicians playing a varied concert on a range of brass instruments - The Church of St Peter and St John, Clifton Road, 1pm (refreshments available from 12 noon), admission free

* One World Concert, celebrating cultures from around the world and featuring performers from India, Ghana and Europe - Rugby Methodist Church Centre, 7pm to 9.30pm, £5 per person/£12 for families, call 07774 269983 or 07801 802718

* Festival of Archeology Open Day, with a visiting Roman funeral arranger telling of the rituals of burial in Roman times, along with an array of activities - Rugby Art Gallery and Museum, 10.30am to 3pm, admission free
