MUSIC

Danny Howard, from BBC Radio 1, will have rugby fans dancing at the Ricoh Arena following the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series tomorrow (Friday). His dance tracks will follow the matches taking place in the stadium bowl between Wasps, Harlequins, Northampton Saints and Saracens. Over-18s will be treated to a night of top tunes with tickets now available costing £10. A combined ticket is available costing £15 which includes entry to the rugby and the after party. The Zephyr Band, Rugby: New members welcome. The Zephyr Wind Band has been playing in the community for the last 10 years. It is hoping to recruit new players of a modest standard for wind and brass instruments, and a new drummer. Bathing Beauties: Re-imagining The Beach Hut For The 21st Century at Rugby Art Gallery and Museum: Until August 31.

The Willans Works exhibition: Rugby Art Gallery and Museum celebrates Rugby’s rich engineering heritage by tracing the history of Willans and Robinson - the firm which pioneered the manufacture of steam engines and turbines in the town. The exhibition features photographs, brochures, company newsletters and advertisements from the Willans Works’ archives. The collection also includes records of the Queen’s visit to the Willans Works in 1967. The exhibition runs until August 21.
