H2O Lounge, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 10 Spon Street, Coventry was given the score after assessment on March 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Coventry's 515 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 390 (76%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
