The road has now reopened after emergency services came to the rescue
Firefighters came to the rescue after a car fire near Stoneleigh this afternoon (Wednesday).
The A46 was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident on the southbound side.
Luckily no one was injured and the road has now reopened.
