Rugby council suspends all bin collections due to icy roads and pavements

Rugby Borough Council has this morning, January 25, suspended all waste collections in the borough - owing to icy conditions on the roads and pavements.

The announcement came after the snow that hit Rugby yesterday was made treacherous by temperatures getting as low as -4° through the night.
