Armonico Consort’s ‘complex’ concert
Armonico Consort will bring a selection of rarely-performed works to St Mary’s church in Warwick on Saturday (January 25).
The acclaimed choir and the English Cornett and Sackbut Ensemble will perform multi-part pieces which are rarely heard due to their scale and complexity.
The concert, from 7.30pm, will include Tallis’ 40 part motet ‘Spem in Alium’, which topped the classical best-seller charts in 2013.
