Bonnie Dobson’s first composition was the folk standard Morning Dew which she wrote, aged only 21, in 1961.

It made her a key player in the Greenwich Village coffee house scene where she rubbed shoulders with Bob Dylan.

She plays at the arts centre, on Saturday January 31.
