Join Yoda for a drink

Kenilworth Wines in Talisman Square, in collaboration with art venture Brink, is this month showcasing works by Leamington artist Paul Oz that have never yet been seen in Warwickshire.

Yoda, a thick impasto oil on board, and ink drawing Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver were both created for the artist’s recent exhibitions in Manchester earlier this year.

Paul, who specialises in large-scale portraits of iconic figures, said: “Yoda is my favourite artwork I’ve done. I was brought up on Star Wars and still watch the first three films quite a lot. The characters are so interesting and very visually striking.”
